Week of July 15:

Week of July 8:
Monday: 11 mile bike
Tuesday: 6 mile run(rolling hills)
Wednesday:8 mile run (rolling hills)
Thursday: 3 mile run (rolling hills)
Friday: Day off
Saturday: 36 mile mountain bike ride (ouch)
Sunday: 2.5 mile run, almost completely flat

Week of July 1:
Monday: Day Off
Tuesday: 5 mile run, 1200'
Wednesday: 4 mile run, 2000' up to 12,100'
Thursday: Day Off
Friday: Day Off
Saturday: 11 mile run up Gray's peak and back. All the way to up to 14,100'!
Sunday: 26 mile bike ride from Kenosha pass to Georgia Pass. I'm hurting.

Before July 1: I can't remember....but I signed up for the Pike's Peak Ascent half marathon in March and have been getting out on runs or bike rides 3-4 days a week. Hopefully it pays off with meat in the freezer this September.
